Fantastic beast and where to find them

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is set in 1926 as Newt Scamander arrives at New York with a case full of magical creates. Newt only meant to come to New York to buy a rare and fantastic beast but trouble finds him as a misplace magical case and some escaped creatures, on his adventure to get his creatures but in his case and out of harms way from both are world and the wizading he will meet some friends along the way.

The interactions with the animals were fantastic, they really stole the show and when ever they were on the screen you really felt imercisded this world. They build quite a few of there set and then would use CG to add the final touches.

Frame store did most of the CG and they build small scale replicas of the beast so that the actors could visuals them, most people use a tennis ball on a stick but

by giving the actors something to hold and look at it created intimacy.

Frame store animated the skeleton, mussel and fur. There was one scene that broke the illusion for me and that was when Newt held the sliver egg as the colours and texture looked out of place it was just a bit weird, I think the film did suffer from the fact that there making four more films so we weren't bale to get to know the other charters but apart from that Fantastic beast is a really fun film with great visual effect.
