Trompe l'oeil means to deceive the eye in French, Its an art style that uses realistic imagery to create an optical illusion. examples of trompe l'oeil can been seen all over the world range ring from painting in churches to create heavens to cracks in the ground, alto both of these are very different they all achieve the main goal which is to fool the eye into believing its real and that what VFX is all about. We were task was to find an example of trompe l'oeil and add objects into the original painting using Photoshop. I chose one of Daniel grangeon painting as it was similar to banksy that sort of art work has always interested me. The techies we were thought was to start by checking the properties of the photograph (RGB/Pixels) and

My first chose was a sail boat, I was going to add it to the background but it proved to hard to cut out and the image quality wasn't great so I chose a jet fighter the only problem was wings I used the lasso to cut that part out, afterwards I re did this two more times.
